For more than 35 years, 5 Star Panels has been providing the North and Western suburbs of Melbourne with superior quality vehicle repairs and finishing services.

5 Star Panels is owned and operated by business owner Fred, a passionate and accredited technician, with over 30 years experience in the smash repair business.

Fred purchased 5 star panels eight years ago and due to rapid growth of the business, relocated it to a brand new state-of-the-art facility.

Following this, a second brand new workshop was opened up in Bacchus Marsh.

At 5 Star Panels, we constantly strive to return your vehicle to its pre-accident condition and only provide quality repairs and restorations.

With state-of-the-art equipment, fully trained staff, and qualified trades people, we offer a hassle-free and personalised service, including a courtesy vehicle to get you on your way.

5 Star Panels is an ICAR Gold Accredited Panel Shop and has many years’ experience in dealing with insurance claims. This is possible due to our close relationship with all insurance companies, which we have built up over the years.

We can organise your repair from start to finish, including arranging the vehicle assessment with the relevant insurance company (yours or the third party’s) or independent assessor of your choice.

Once liability has been established, we’ll start your repairs straight away and we will keep you updated throughout the process.
